Land in contrada Castellaccio Caputello, at the foot of Monte Caputo, a small mountain range that dominates Palermo and Monreale with its 764 meters of height, the mountain at its summit is enriched by the presence of the Castellaccio di Monreale also known as Castello di San Benedetto, a true historical gem: a unique example of a monastery - military fortress, remaining in western Sicily; the land is 650 meters from Via Regione Siciliana which leads to San Martino delle Scale, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Palermo and its coast, trapezoidal in shape it is terraced to facilitate the cultivation of the numerous olive trees present, which if cultivated could provide you with good quality oil. In the General Regulatory Plan of the Municipality of Monreale, the land falls within the VL1 zone, intended for holiday homes and tourist-hotel facilities, with hydrogeological and landscape constraints, the land already has a project for the construction of a single-family villa on three levels, with a commercial area of about 180 sqm.
